Corporate Hours provides dedicated staffing and business support from Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle information collected through corporatehour.com and our business correspondence. For privacy questions or requests, email info@corporatehour.com. Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, business name, service interests, staffing needs, working hours and message. Hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and access logs to operate and protect the website. Required form fields are identified on the form. Without contact details and a description of your needs, we may not be able to respond meaningfully.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, understand staffing requirements, prepare proposals, arrange discussions and manage business relationships. We may also use relevant records to prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a lawful basis is required, it depends on the activity and applicable law, including steps requested before a contract, legitimate business interests, legal obligations or consent where required. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Form delivery and service providers

The enquiry form sends the information you submit to FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service, for delivery to info@corporatehour.com. FormSubmit may process or retain submissions under its own service policies. Its verification step may use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. See FormSubmit's privacy terms and Google's privacy policy. Email, hosting and security providers also process information needed to provide their services. Information may be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities when necessary for a legitimate business purpose or required by law. We do not sell enquiry information.

International handling

Our operations are based in Pakistan, and enquiries may be accessed by the team there. Our service providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires specific transfer safeguards, those requirements must be addressed for the relevant processing. How long information is kept

We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, maintain an active business relationship, meet recordkeeping obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The period depends on the enquiry, whether it leads to a contract and applicable requirements. Provider-held records are also subject to the provider's retention policies. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Cookies, fonts and advertising measurement

This website uses Meta Pixel (ID 1764794961295762) to send PageView events to Meta for advertising measurement. Tracking starts automatically unless this browser has opted out or sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Meta may receive the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers, and may associate activity with a Meta account under its own policies. The Pixel may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We have not configured automatic advanced matching or enquiry-field collection, and no Lead event is currently sent. We do not intentionally send enquiry text, patient information or other sensitive records to Meta.

You can opt out through the tracking notice or Privacy choices in the footer. We remember your selection in browser storage for up to 180 days. When an opt-out expires, tracking may resume unless you opt out again or send a Global Privacy Control signal. Dismissing the notice does not opt you out. Opting out stops future Pixel tracking on this website; it does not undo information already sent to Meta. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves requests from your browser to Google. Hosting and security providers, and the form processor when you submit, may use technical storage or cookies needed for their services. No other marketing analytics or advertising pixels have been added.

No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
