Corporate Hours is a business process outsourcing (BPO) and dedicated staffing provider for US businesses. We help you assign recurring operational work to English-speaking staff based in our Lahore office. A role can focus on customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, administrative coordination, routine processing or healthcare administration. The starting point is the work your business needs covered, rather than a package of unrelated tasks.
Your assigned staff member learns the responsibilities, tools and working practices agreed for your role. You provide business context, priorities and approval rules; the assignment gives that work a consistent person to go to. The team works from Lahore while supporting your business in English. Working hours are planned around your requirements, including the US time zone you need covered. The schedule, communication channels and handover arrangements are confirmed before engagement. A request for evening, weekend or broader coverage needs a staffing plan that fits those hours; it should not be assumed from the word outsourcing.
